Senior Client Service Specialist
Carol’s position at SBK Financial involves the set-up and maintenance of client accounts. Of her teammates, Carol likes that “we have each other’s backs … and we want everyone to succeed in their jobs. Everyone works together to ensure our clients feel welcome and appreciated.”
Before joining the firm in 2009 as a client service administrator, Carol worked in client-facing roles in the banking industry, as a new accounts supervisor, client service representative and assistant teller supervisor. Her experience also includes community involvement, including with Habitat for Humanity and the Community Tool Bank. She noted that at SBK, “I feel valued as an employee—management listens to what employees have to say. They make sure all of us have the tools we need to be successful, and we work together and have fun as a team.”
Carol has lived in five states, and stays busy in her personal time with her son, daughter and three wonderful grandchildren. The Serenity Prayer serves her well as a guide to life.
