Before joining SBK, Tom spent over 30 years in private wealth management at two national banks. For Tom, SBK’s approach encourages deeper client engagement and promotes personalized, yet flexible, client solutions adaptable specifically to clients’ changing needs.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Northwestern University National Graduate Trust School, and Leadership Metro Richmond. He served on the boards of the Maymont Foundation, Science Museum of Richmond, Young Life, and volunteered with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Kiwanis Club, American Heart Association and his church. Away from work, Tom enjoys playing golf, traveling, reading and spending time with his family.
